CxAmigo is designed to bring objective clarity to commissioning readiness in complex construction projects.

Who I Am

CxAmigo is a commissioning intelligence layer that reads project evidence, identifies missing documentation, and quantifies schedule risk before it becomes a dispute. It operates as a local intelligence layer for risk visibility and coordination acceleration.

I do not modify source systems: I strictly read data. I have zero capability to overwrite or delete your existing files.
I do not evaluate employee performance: I evaluate structural data completeness, not individual worker metrics.
I do not store project documents permanently: All project data is automatically and irreversibly purged from volatile memory within 24 hours.
I am not a legal decision engine: I provide mathematical risk forecasting, but final contractual decisions remain human-authorized.

The left sidebar shows five platform connectors. Each one establishes a secure, read-only connection to your existing commissioning systems.

Dual-Auth Bridge

CxAmigo supports connecting via standard OAuth2 Flows (indicated by a Green dot) or by manually pasting a Personal Access Token / API Key (Amber dot).

Oracle P6 / Primavera

Imports your baseline and current construction schedules. CxAmigo uses these dates to calculate milestone slippage and critical path impact.

CxAlloy

Pulls quality tracking data—inspection tests, equipment tags, and issues. Used as the factual reality check for system completeness.

CxPlanner

Syncs commissioning schedules and phase gating. Provides the baseline "what should be done" against CxAlloy's "what is actually done".

SharePoint / Procore

Retrieves uploaded binders and specifications from your project's repository. Cross-references contractor submissions against requirements.

Connecting Together: Yes, you can connect them all at once! When connected simultaneously, CxAmigo cross-references the schedule from CxPlanner against the real test results from CxAlloy to automatically calculate handover risks and project delays.

Zero-Trust Read-Only: CxAmigo can ONLY read data. It cannot create or modify data in your connected systems. This is strictly enforced.

Security & Governance

CxAmigo is built with rigorous enterprise security controls.

24-Hour Security Purge

An automated Governance Watchdog continuously monitors memory and strictly purges any stored API Keys or manual tokens older than 24 hours.

Zero-Disk Attachment Streaming

PDF evidence scanned from external platforms is streamed as raw bytes straight into memory and securely collected by garbage management post validation.

Zone Filter

The dropdown at the top of the dashboard filters all panels by physical building zone — Data Hall A, Data Hall B, Power Building, etc.

What is a zone? In data center commissioning, zones map to physical areas of the facility. A "Data Hall" is a specific room or floor containing IT racks. A "Power Building" houses the electrical infrastructure (switchgear, UPS, generators).

"All Zones" shows the aggregate view across the entire project. Use it for executive-level reporting. Switch to a specific zone when you need to drill into a particular contractor's scope.

Note: Zone names are configured in your project setup. If your project uses different naming (e.g., "Building A" instead of "Data Hall A", or no halls at all), the zone list will reflect your project's actual structure after connecting to your scheduling platform.

Sync Data

The blue Sync Data button triggers our Dual-Sync Logic:

Orchestrator requests concurrent schedule and evidence streams from connected platforms.
Runs the Evidence Gap Engine — verifies required vs. submitted documentation.
Calculates delay attribution and risk scores using the NetworkX DAG Engine.
Updates local persistence buffers and refreshes every dashboard panel entirely in-memory.

Click this after uploading a new binder, or at the start of your day to get the latest project state.

XAI Executive Summary

XAI stands for Explainable AI. This panel uses Google Gemini to generate a concise, natural-language summary of your project's current commissioning status.

What it does: It reads the gap analysis results, identifies the most critical blockers, and writes a 2–3 sentence summary you can copy-paste directly into your weekly executive report or coordination email.

Requirements: You need a Google Gemini API key configured in Settings (the gear icon). The key is stored in volatile memory only — it's never saved to disk.

Without an API key: The panel still works — it generates a plain-English per-system breakdown showing each detected system, its found/missing document count, the specific names of missing documents, and a primary risk callout identifying the highest-risk system. Before any binders are scanned, the panel shows "No document records found" as a neutral placeholder.

Commissioning Binder Ingestion

This is your primary document upload zone. Drag-and-drop (or click to browse) a single PDF, multiple PDFs, or an entire project folder into the dashed box on the right side of the dashboard.

Accepted files: PDF documents — typically FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), O&M (Operations & Maintenance Manual), and As-Built documentation binders. The app selectively ignores non-PDFs to ensure only relevant documents are processed.

What happens after upload:

Batch Guard — If you select more than 25 PDFs, a confirmation dialog fires before processing begins so you don't accidentally kick off a very long scan.
Batch Processing — The app calculates exactly how many PDFs are present and streams them locally, one by one, with a live progress indicator per file.
SHA-256 Fingerprint — Each file is cryptographically hashed. If you've scanned a specific file before, results return instantly from cache.
Deterministic Scan — Every page is scanned locally using strict keyword matching, acronym detection, and bilingual (EN/DE) alias mapping. No AI is involved here.
OCR Fallback & Confidence — Scanned image pages are read via local Tesseract OCR. Low-confidence reads generate an automatic verification warning on the final Excel tracker.
Revision Compliance — Detected revision numbers are compared against project requirements. Older revisions are flagged as SUPERSEDED.
Selective AI Verification — Only genuinely ambiguous pages (confidence 75–84%) from the batch are sent to Google Gemini for a second opinion.
Failure Reporting — If any file fails to scan, an amber notification lists each failed filename and the specific reason rather than silently discarding it. Successful files are unaffected.
Asset Metadata Extraction — AKS, Serial Number, Device/System, Room Number, and Project Name are automatically read from the PDF cover-page header table. These values populate Excel Sheet 3 and the dashboard workspace label.
Sammelband Detection (BETA) — Multi-system binder PDFs (e.g., one file containing Battery, UPS, and ICT sections) are automatically detected using a sliding window. Each system section is scanned independently and registered as its own entry in the dashboard, heatmap, and Excel evidence matrix.

How to sync results to the dashboard:

The Sync Data routine is triggered automatically when the batch concludes. The Evidence Completeness gauge updates, the System Risk Heatmap refreshes, and the Missing Blocking Documents list recalculates instantly.

Interactive Refinement & PDF Preview

You can manually refine AI results to ensure 100% accuracy in your final reports:

Built-in PDF Preview: Click View Source ↗ to open the document in the secure in-app viewer. The viewer automatically attempts to scroll to the relevant page.
Manual Page Correction: Click the pencil icon (✎) next to any page badge. Enter the correct page number — single pages (5) or ranges (5-8) are accepted. The correction persists to the database so subsequent Excel exports reflect it immediately.
Verified Badge: Manually corrected or verified pages are highlighted with a Blue badge.

Note: Manual corrections are saved to the persistent database and will be reflected in your Excel exports.

Evidence Completeness

The large circular gauge on the right side of the dashboard shows the percentage of required commissioning documents that have been verified across all systems in the selected zone.

0% means no evidence has been verified yet. 100% means every required document in every commissioning level (L1–L5) has been found and validated.

Below the gauge:

Est. IST — The forecasted date for Integrated Systems Testing completion, based on current missing evidence and recovery rates.
Project Delay: X Days — The calculated total schedule impact from all missing documents on the critical path.

Note: Documents flagged as SUPERSEDED, OUTDATED, REVISION CONFLICT, or DRAFT do NOT count toward completeness. Only FOUND + CURRENT documents count.

Handover Readiness

Each card represents one system (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection). The card shows:

Evidence Completeness % — How much of this system's required documentation has been verified.
Defensible Risk Score (0–10) — A mathematical assessment of this system's readiness for handover.

Color coding:

GREEN (0–3)

Low risk. On track for handover.

AMBER (4–6)

Moderate risk. Needs attention.

RED (7–10)

High risk. Blocking handover.

Use case: Before a handover meeting, pull up this panel. If any system shows RED, do not commit to a handover date until the missing evidence is resolved.

System Risk Heatmap

The heatmap is a visual grid showing every system in your project with a 5-column sub-grid (L1–L5) representing each commissioning level:

Static Functional Integrated Load IST

Green = all evidence found for that level. Amber = non-blocking missing docs. Red = blocking missing evidence (cascades to subsequent levels). Found documents do not appear as amber — only genuinely missing ones colour the grid.

Each card displays the system type name (e.g., "Battery Systems"), a found / missing document count, and a schedule risk badge. Systems with all documents verified show a green ✓ On Track badge. After scanning a Sammelband PDF containing 3 system types, all 3 appear as separate cards.

Click any system block to open the Foreman's Punch List — a detailed drill-down showing every missing document, its status, risk weight, and aging multiplier. You can print this list for on-site use.

Missing Blocking Documents & Schedule Impact

This is the delay attribution engine's output. It shows a ranked list of every missing document that is currently blocking project progress.

Each entry shows:

Document name and commissioning level (L1–L5)
System and responsible contractor
Risk Weight — how critical this document is (0.0–1.0)
Aging Multiplier — increases the longer the document remains unresolved (capped at 2×)
Forecasted Schedule Impact — measured in days, anchored to actual milestone dates

Use case: Walk into your Thursday coordination meeting and say: "The L2 FAT for the HVAC system has been missing for 14 days, causing a 5-day schedule impact on the critical path. The responsible party is [Contractor X]." That's defensible data, not opinion.

Document Recovery Simulator

This is a "What-If" scenario tool. Use the slider to simulate what happens to your schedule if contractors successfully locate a percentage of the currently missing documents.

How to use:

Move the Evidence Recovery Rate slider (0% to 100%).
Click Run Simulation.
A modal shows the recalculated IST date, schedule impact reduction, and identifies which system benefits most from the recovery.

Use case: A contractor promises to deliver 50% of missing FAT documents by Friday. Set the slider to 50%, run the simulation, and see exactly how many days that recovers on the critical path. Show this in your coordination meeting.

PDF & XLSX Export

Two export buttons appear in the top-right after you sync data:

PDF Export

What it produces: A formatted intelligence brief with the XAI summary, evidence completeness percentages, and a per-system document status section — each system has a colour-coded header bar (red/amber/green) with found/total count and a list of missing documents. Continuation pages use a clean minimal header so no text is obscured.

When to use: For executive reporting — attach it to your weekly status email or client review deck.

XLSX Export

What it produces: A four-sheet management workbook.

Sheet 1 (PM Tracker): 13-column meeting-ready tracker with deterministic IDs, smart due dates, PM-friendly statuses (Open/Under Review), an Action Required By column (auto-assigns Subcontractor / GC-CM / Correct Rev Required), and clickable evidence links. Auto-stamped with generation date and version. Sorted with the most urgent items first.
Sheet 2 (Risk Analysis): The full technical output containing delay attribution models, risk multipliers, and deficiency details for auditable backing.
Sheet 3 (Asset Evidence Matrix): Per-asset evidence grid showing AKS identifier, Serial Number, Device/System, and Room Number (auto-read from PDF header). Each scanned asset is a column. Sammelband multi-system PDFs are automatically split — each detected system type gets its own column block in the correct system group row, labelled ==AKS — System Type.
Sheet 4 (Formal Notices): Auto-generated bilingual DE/EN obstruction notices (Behinderungsanzeige) per VOB/B §6 Nr. 6 for every delay exceeding 7 days. Each notice includes the contractor, document reference, planned date, action-by date, and the full legal paragraph text — ready to issue. An amber warning flags any notice where document matching relied on filename fallback rather than a verified record.

When to use: For Thursday OAC coordination meetings. Drop it in the email as the single authoritative tracker. No more "which spreadsheet version is current?" disputes.

Audit Trail

Every action in CxAmigo is logged to a persistent governance database. This is not temporary — it survives server restarts and is retained for 90 days (configurable).

What gets logged:

QUICK_APPROVE — When a Cx Manager manually overrides a PROVISIONAL signature status
SCAN_COMPLETE — When a PDF binder scan finishes
STATUS_OVERRIDE — When a document status is manually changed
REVISION_CONFLICT — When two documents claim the same revision but have different content
PAGE_CORRECTION — When a Cx Manager manually corrects a detected page number
RETENTION_PURGE / GDPR_FULL_PURGE — When audit data is cleaned up (even deletions are logged)

How to access: Click "View Audit Trail" in the left sidebar. You can export the complete trail as a CSV file for legal review or compliance audits.

What is NOT stored: The audit trail stores only system metadata — action type, document type name, scan hash, and status changes. It never stores the actual document content, OCR text, or file paths.

Session Governance & End Session

The bottom-left corner of the sidebar shows the Session Governance Indicator:

Idle Timer (60:00) — Counts down during inactivity. When it reaches zero, the session is automatically terminated and all volatile data is wiped.
DSGVO Art. 6(1)(f) — Indicates compliance with the German Federal Data Protection Act.
Read-Only · Ephemeral Data — Confirms the app does not write to external systems and holds project data only in volatile memory.

End Session Button

The End Session (Ctrl+Shift+P) button in the bottom-right corner immediately:

Clears all API keys from memory
Wipes all scanned document data
Terminates all connector sessions
Closes the application window

Use this when you're done for the day, or any time you need to ensure no project data remains on the machine.

Zero Data Retention Architecture

CxAmigo is built on an architectural separation between two data layers:

This separation means CxAmigo can truthfully state: "We retain no project document content. Only minimal system governance metadata required for accountability."

GDPR Right to Erasure (Art. 17): A complete manual purge of all governance data is available via the API. The system logs the purge event itself before deleting — ensuring even erasure is auditable.

Compliance Framework

CxAmigo references three compliance frameworks. Here is what each means and why the platform qualifies:

SOC 2 (Service Organization Control Type II)

What it means: A standard for managing customer data based on five trust principles: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.

How CxAmigo aligns: All data processing is local, all connector access is read-only, all overrides are audit-logged, and session termination wipes volatile state. The persistent audit trail provides the accountability paper trail required by SOC 2 auditors.

GDPR / DSGVO (General Data Protection Regulation)

What it means: The European Union's data protection law, applicable to all processing of personal data in the EU.

How CxAmigo aligns: Article 6(1)(f) — Legitimate interest in system governance allows the retention of audit metadata. Article 17 — Right to Erasure is implemented via the manual purge endpoint. No personal data beyond user identity (name) is stored, and even that is only in governance logs.

Betriebsrat (German Works Council Compliance)

What it means: German labor law requires that IT systems used in the workplace cannot be used for employee performance monitoring without Works Council approval.

How CxAmigo aligns: The system tracks document compliance, not individual worker performance. Audit logs record system actions, not employee productivity metrics. No keylogging, no screen monitoring, no time tracking.
